- Our technicians determine that the issue was not resolved due to an error or oversight in the initial service.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Diagnostic fees, inspection charges, and parts purchased during the repair are non-refundable.
- No refund is available if the AC issue results from external factors such as electrical issues, external damage, or other causes unrelated to the repair service provided.
4. Refund Request Process

- All requests must include the service receipt, a description of the issue, and any relevant details for quick resolution.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are credited within 7-10 business days after approval and are issued to the original payment method.
