1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Order Placement and Payment
Order Process: You can place an order through our website, over the phone, or in person at our authorized locations.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
3. Installation Services
Scheduling: Installation will be scheduled based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time but cannot guarantee specific dates.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure that the installation site is accessible and meets all requirements for installation.
Warranties: Installation services are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 6 Months from the date of installation.
4. Maintenance and Repair Services
Maintenance Plans: Optional maintenance plans are available and will be governed by separate agreements.
Repair Services: Repairs outside of warranty coverage will be charged based on labor and parts required.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by misuse or failure to follow the operating instructions provided.
5. Warranties
Product Warranty: All air conditioning units are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period.
Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be provided, and customers must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
6. Returns and Refunds
Refer to our Return Policy for specific guidelines on returning products and obtaining refunds.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freezing System Solution LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Properly maintain and use the air conditioning units according to manufacturer guidelines.
Schedule necessary maintenance and report any issues promptly.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Each party shall bear their own legal fees.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
Freezing System Solution LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
